What this site is and is not, and what it keeps about the people who use it.
Not an offer
This site describes E&J Capital and the mortgages it has bought. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any Property. Investing with the firm is by invitation, and only on the terms of the documents an Investor signs.
Figures on this site describe past Properties. Past results do not guarantee future results, and every figure is subject to review.
What the site keeps
A visitor to the public pages is not asked for anything and is not tracked: the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
An Investor or a member of staff who signs in gives an email address the firm already holds. The site keeps one cookie to remember the sign-in, for up to thirty days of inactivity, and records each sign-in and sign-out. Server logs keep no email address, only its domain, and nothing a person typed.
A message sent through Contact Us is kept with the name and email address it gives, so the firm can answer it, and goes to the firm's office as an email. The website copy is deleted in the daily cleanup once it is more than two years old, or earlier when the Owner deletes it. This does not remove copies already delivered to the office's email inbox. The site does not keep the network it came from, only a code that lets it count how often one writes; that code is cleared after thirty days.
Some of the work is done by others on the firm's behalf: Vercel hosts the site, Mapbox draws the map, Resend sends the site's emails, and staff may sign in with Google. Each receives what that work needs, such as an address to send to or the map area being viewed.
